About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and growth-oriented Property Consultant to join our team. If you have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and at least one year of experience helping clients find their dream spaces, we want to hear from you! You will be responsible for managing client inquiries, conducting property viewings, and assisting in closing residential or commercial deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Advisory: Understand client requirements and match them with the right properties from our portfolio.
• Lead Management: Promptly follow up on incoming leads via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Property Viewings: Coordinate and conduct professional property tours for prospective buyers or tenants.
• Negotiation & Closing: Assist in negotiations between property owners and clients to ensure smooth transactions.
• Market Updates: Keep up-to-date with current real estate market trends and local property values.
• Database Maintenance: Update property listings and client records accurately in the company system.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Property Consultant, Real Estate Agent, or in a high-performing sales/customer-facing role.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills (fluency in English is highly preferred).
• Mindset: Proactive, result-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Skills: Good negotiation skills and familiarity with digital communication and listing platforms.
• Mobility: Ability to travel frequently within Bangkok for property viewings (having your own vehicle/transportation plan is an advantage).
