Ok condo, but the jurisdiction person is rude and unhelpful. Aircon in a hr lifts doesn't work, so if you live high up prepare for a steamy resins rides

Comfortable luxury. Beautiful infinity pool on 7th floor. Good security with guards and gate. Small one bedrooms but livable.

Nice looking modern condo but shoddy workmanship. This building, like so many in Bangkok, will look good for a few years then will fall apart. The air conditioner in the condo I was in didn't have proper condensation drainage. As a result, the ceiling was dripping and cut open in an attempt to to repair the problem. Also, exterior windows are not insulated so rooms are very hot a until you turn on A/C. This causes A/C to work extra hard and raises cooling costs.
