Hello,
I currently live at Wizdom Connect Condo. Since moving in, we have noticed some serious issues when it comes to management of the personnel in the condo office. Staff appears to be very rude, condescending, and unhelpful when issues are brought to their attention.
Management & Maintenance Concerns:
We have been out of hot water going on SIX days now. We were told on Saturday/Sunday that no technicians were available and we would need to wait until Monday morning at 0900. Well, Monday 9am came and went with no calls, no shows, nothing. Then we again asked in the LINE as per your staff request, but this time was told everyone too busy and next would be 1630 that same evening. We rushed home to meet the maintenance personnel, but as we stopped by the office, the AMAZING lady with the short hair said, “OHHHHH, it’s 1634pm you missed your appointment. REALLY… what about a call, what about 0900 that morning…. NOTHING!!!
We were then instructed to contact a outside company to get assistance… As for the number, oh the rude short haired lady stated, “OH ITS ON THE TOP OF THE WATER HEATER”…
Wow…
Today, April 22nd, 2025, I go talk to all the maintenance men I could find to include the manager in which hid from me. Weirdly, they all agreed with the problems seen in this office and how tenants are treated!
Next, I head into the main office to get further assistance, but out of 4 personnel, one sweet lady with glasses was the only one willing to help me. Which was ZERO help. She kept referring to the line app, but we already know how that goes…
I then explained the above and asked who treated my wife like that yesterday… THEY ALL KEPT their heads down and wouldn’t say nothing….
Act tough against their own, but when asked to explain again or why they would act like that, EVERYONE quite as a mouse…
You and your company has problems… You know this… there’s a bubble… your properties are having Cash Flow problems… No one wants… Inflated markets always find a way to work themselves out, now don’t they…
With this, this is why treating tenants with respect and being helpful goes along way… In this case, your management and staff have NOT been trained properly to handle tenants or to resolve any concerns or issues they may have.
Instead, it seems they are jealous or maybe envy or something in which fills their heart with hate towards the residents who live here…
Our lease ends September and we will not be renewing. Technically we may move early due to breach of contract based on not being able to provide basic needs such as doors locking, water, or even HOT water.
Our door barely shuts and doesn’t lock at all since we moved in. It’s like the whole building shifted and none of the doors on the upper floors even align with the door frames. Oh well right!
Oh mail, forget about it… Your office says WE need to show them packages are delivered…. WHAT…. Just look up room number and see if there’s any packages… that’s all I asked… NOOOOOOOOOOO SHOW ME DELIVERED!!!
Poor poor poor personal skills… Management, they just hide or not look at you so you will go AWAY!!!! WEAK… Weak managers allow these actions and foster the negative environment shown here!
Overall it doesn’t matter I know, but I will do my best to let others know of the treatment tenants receive at your locations and why not to rent from ANY MQDC.
I plan on submitting reviews as required, contacting the better business office, and submitting further complaints to identify the shortfalls in management skills, communication skills, and overall poor customer service tenants receive here.
