I see I’m not the only one complaining about the practically non-existent soundproofing, and especially about the constant issue of finding a place to park my bike. Today, once again, I had to waste time looking for and moving other bikes just to park mine. To make things worse, someone in the office told me, “It’s normal because sometimes visitors come, so it’s more difficult to find a spot.” No, it shouldn’t be like this. I’m paying for parking, and it should always be available. I hope the condo management reads this review and addresses the parking issue. Unfortunately, there’s nothing that can be done about the soundproofing problem.

This condo is situated in a very great location as it is walking distance from W District. They also have the wet market which is perfect to those who enjoy buying vegetables, meat and fruits at local market. Not far from HABITO where they have community mall and an organic garden. The units and facilities in this condo are of high standard. We love our 2 BR unit with a great view and sophisticated unit design

Facility is good and everything is neat. It would be great if the gym were larger and had more equipment to cater to the residents’ fitness needs. This minor issue aside, the condo has exceeded my expectations, and I’m thoroughly enjoying my time here.

one view on noisy w-disctrict market. another view on mosque with praying. in other places they pray at 5am,2pm,6pm. you can ask. small 1bedroom 30m2 units. from 15000 to 18000. design is the same. you don't need agent. can walk in and ask key for a available room from juristic person. you can come before 14:00 to check how loud is praying. ppl say that it's not too bad maybe on high floors.

Very nice place to live, feels like living in a luxurious full facility hotel. well designed and maintened. Reception and 24/7 guards. Walking distance to subway station.
