The ESSE Sukhumvit 36

There are a lot of tourists renting Airbnb here. Every floor has damage from earthquake (horizontal cracks) in all hallways. No structural inspection was done after earthquake in individual rooms. The building now makes noise during heavy rain and wind. Overall rooms are small and overpriced, can get better and bigger condos nearby for way cheaper.

Nice surface but super busy at BTS STATION, not for the one that likes quiet! But the tiniest apartments I’ve seen… 1bed is like 35m2 and feels claustrophobic. I rather go with an older building that has some size to feel that you have a home and not a shoe box

Great luxurious project so conveniently located with entrance of Thonglor bts just outside the gate… wonderful condo with so much ground, unlike these other funny projects sprouting around it with so small plot and trying to bill themselves as next luxurious living. Amazing facilities including golf simulation room, and huge gender specific Onsen pools, and spa rooms… roof top with ultra privileged views as this stands as tallest if not tallest by miles… roof top is great location for a thrilling Hollywood type movie
