Pet Friendly? No. Pet Tolerant. Yes. Having 1 or 2 pee stations doesn’t mean a place is pet friendly. Yes the outdoor area you can walk with your pup and enjoy. But dining options, space to seat etc with your pup? Minimal.

Nice spot to come for meals or just to wander around. Probably not enough to warrant a random trip here without purpose, so I'd plan to come to visit a restaurant or particular shop within the complex.

Another nice place to find a variety food. There are many restaurants, mostly in air conditioned rooms. Parking is at the back. Plenty of them but can be a little tricky to get one.

You can only walk your dogs in here. Cz most shops dont allow dogs and some only allowed outside and very poor mindset towards dogs especially R.. I have been couple of times they used to be better waiters but this time the experience was so bad. If you claim to be a pet friendly space all the restaurants should comply.

I feel that the Circle have lots of Japanese and Korean restaurant, I think it would be better if here have Thai and Italian food. Anyway, the mall provide free of parking for 3 hours although you don't stamp ticket.
