I lived here for a month and absolutely loved it. The experience was fantastic. Amazing views from every window, a sleek glass kitchen, and a clean building with a beautiful lobby and a charming little fish fountain. The yard is lovely, and the rooftop pool is stunning - breezy, peaceful, and often empty, with amazing views. The location is excellent, walking distance to Chinatown and other cool spots, with plenty of food, shops, and western-style coffee places right on the same street. Less than a 10-minute walk to the BTS, which is super convenient. The only really annoying thing is that you can’t go absolutely anywhere without the key card and you have to use it so many times everywhere. Only downside: the start of the street near the Indian temple and all the little shops and restaurants is very dirty and smelly at night, with trash and a lot of rats, so watch your step.

I had the misfortune of living in the unit 7818 and it was horrible, in fact it was so bad that I decided to leave here before I finish a full month and forget about my deposit. First of the landlord lied about the washing machine was working. The water had issues and you can see there is dirt inside machine. It’s very close to school and they make a lot of noise. The building is poorly constructed and I was able to hear people conversation perfectly when they were talking in hallway. In fact it was so bad one I went to hallway and I thought people were in there speaking just to realize the sound was coming from inside one of the units. The security guards were nice and people living in this condo were half decent. Personally I would not even pay 10000bth a month for such unit never mind 27000bth.

Good location as ca access to both Silom Road and Sathon South Road, BTS is only 700m away, traditional market and lots of local Thai eateries which price is about 5-8% cheaper than in the malls.

Best community to live with! But just some minor architectural and engineering functions that L&H may need to help fix before it's worth 5 stars..

Don't rent from Limiao Cheng on Airbnb! She is renting out her room illegally and is a terrible host.
