One of the best manage 5 star condominium in thailand. Big space, great under ground parking space. Great facility, even with tenis court. The only drawback is swimming pool is on first floor with no privacy.

Old building with outdated fixtures that needs a massive upgrade. Facilities and equipment are rusted and poorly maintained. Like u stepped into the 70's. No longer the 5 star Condo it use to be. Not worth the rent the owners charge. You can do better elsewhere for less
