The Emporio Place

AMAZING location. Friendly shuttle service but ends at 16:00. Courteous security. Management needs to improve: 1. Unaware of water overflow from one unit. The water has reached the lifts without the management's knowledge. 2. Absence of communication when some facilities are closed. No memo. No explanation. No response to messages. 3. Unaware that a lift is not working. 4. No post earthquake communication on what will happen to the cracks in the building, even in the common areas. 5. Absence of record of cars registered in the parking area. Log was 10 years ago resulting in other tenants taking others' paid parking slots. No apologies. Zero accountability. Thank you.

Terrible management, poor communication and customer service. Lazy guys sitting in the office at the lobby and have no interest in helping the clients.

Randomly closing facilities, very unimpressed compared to other buildings I have stayed in Bangkok

Emporio Place is a great residence, well kept and perfect for resident families. The team managing the residence is super helpful and dedicated, with a special mention for Mr Pinit Soowanpayagoor, who really goes the extra mile for the residents.

Great place, spacious, good management team. Calm and not far from hyper busy center of Bangkok
