Tai Ping Towers

I came here expecting just another residential block… but Tai Ping Towers got that quiet flex like “I’m old money, not flashy money” kinda vibe 🏢🌿💼 Tucked away in a leafy corner, this place feels like one of those condos that’s been around since before Orchard Road became a fashion runway—solid, classic, and still standing strong like your dad’s favorite belt 🧓🔩🧱 The units? Huge, bro. Like, walk around and get lost kinda spacious 🏠📏 High ceilings, big balconies, and that rare “I can hear birds, not traffic” energy 🐦🌳 Even the elevators feel like they’ve seen things… decades of groceries, school uniforms, and estate drama 🚪👀 Community vibe? Chill. Mostly residents minding their business, but always ready with a polite nod or a “morning morning” in the lift. Not flashy, not trendy, but built different. If real estate had personalities, Tai Ping Towers would be the wise uncle with old jazz records, solid furniture, and stories that start with “back in my day…”

We've been renting a unit at TPT for 18 months. It has been a wonderful experience. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. The building is older but very clean. My only concern is for those who navigate via a wheelchair or have difficulty walking up or down with steps or steep slopes. To the best of my knowledge, there is no wheelchair accessible entrance to the office, pool area, or residential areas.

Lived in Tai Ping towers for a year almost 5 years ago. And now we are coming back Bangkok and it will be the first condo complex that we will look for available units. Great parking, great infrastructure, old but classy buildings and with market & restaurant inside, convenient.

I lived very happily at Tai Ping for over a year and moved out only to avoid Bangkok’s pollution. If ever I moved back to Bangkok, Tai Ping is where I would go. While the building is about 30+ years old, it is very well maintained. Staff from cleaning staff, to Juristic and security are friendly. Neighbors are like one big family especially those who have lived here from the first years of the condo. Rent, is extraordinarily low for the size of the units, location and facilities. Sure if you are looking for something less aged then you will find modern condos nearby which are three times the price for a third the size, but if you are a family, looking for great value for money in a safe environment then Tai Ping is the place. Drawbacks: Sukhumvit 63 is renowned for very heavy traffic. You will need to take a bike to get to the BTS.

Though this is one of oldest Condominium in Bangkok, it's very well kept. There are constant work on the facilities and it has a very friendly environment and the security it good. This is definitely a place suitable for family. However, much improvement can be done in the restaurant (menu and food) and the mini-mart.
