Rhythm Sukhumvit 36-38

The hotel is well kept. But look like it’s mostly rented out. Lobby seems to be always dark and lack of activities but they are securities in the front and good parking. Location is very good as there are many food places around and BTS station.

This place is no hotel! I booked an apartment but the so called owner never showed up when we arrived. A local Thai gentleman explained me that many tourists stranded there and had to look for another place to stay.

Great location, less than a 5 minute walk to the metro station. Gym was very nice albeit not air conditioned in the morning, didn’t use the pool & sauna but lovely that the option was there! The elevators were super fast so not much waiting which was nice. Comfortable studio to stay in, not any negatives! Would come back.

Great location. Very close to the train and walkable to shopping and restaurants. The pool is open until 11 PM. There is a bathroom and sauna in the pool garden area. The rooms have a washing machine and a balcony and are decently sized.

I had lease contract with Taiwan owner, he/ she had never done anything for me. The door was broken and the tap also broken, and I told him/her about it when I moved in, and he/she said that he/she will fix it. However, no fixing during my contact. And when I move out, he/she overcharged from my deposits. I am so sad because he/she wasn’t nice to me. And no reply for long time. I swear I will never have contract with him/her. Be careful guys, you will lose your deposit more than your estimation. Facility and location is quite nice though.
