Noble Recole is a peaceful place in the heart of the city, offering all the necessary amenities for comfortable living in the Asoke area. However, a significant issue exists: some individuals have misused their units by renting them out on a daily and weekly basis. This practice is prohibited and illegal, disrupting the peace and tranquility of the residents and violating the building's regulations.

New modern low rise condominum, in a nice convenient area, in a 2 km circle distance many uptown supermarkets where we can get our western needs… included good quality meat etc. Nice trendy restaurants, eateries, well… anything and everything you might need… Canal boat stop 5 min walking distance… , co-working spaces, free wifi in the common areas, gym, sauna… large pool… well… the standard things you have in this kind of condominiums. Can highly recommend it… I am in a 1 bedroom unit, which was big enough… complete with kitchen/washing machine, walk-in closet, seperate bedroom and modern bathroom with a shower…

Good condo overall, nice location only few minutes walk away from terminal 21. Only bad point is the number of daily rental/airbnb in this condo that are really obvious, hope management team can be more strict about it.

It’s a very good condo complex. The location is amazing, near by 7/11, Starbucks, Terminal 21 and BTS. The Condo is new and staff is very nice and helpful. It has gym, swimming pool, meeting room and laundry room on 28th floor. The only one huge minus for me was the cleaning lady spraying all over 28th floor with some air freshener. I thought i would die, i had such a bad allergy reaction for this air freshener…. But overall, i had a very nice experience in Noble for last 6 months.
