The condo offers a great view and excellent location, with easy access to public transport and close proximity to EmQuartier and other renowned malls. However, the building shows its age, with a smelly lobby and elevators, broken gym facilities, and a door in good condition but lacking modern appeal. While the location is convenient, the high rent doesn’t match the outdated amenities, making it less appealing for the price.

A really great condo situated right next to BTS Thong Lo which you could just take the provided skywalk to, rooms are very nice and facilities like the Emdistrict is only a station away.

Also they literally do not give a shit about you when there's an earthquake. Zero warning or alarms in here. Don't go here unless you wanna die.

This apartment complex is in a great location being directly connected to the BTS station but either the homeowners or management are missing the plot, because it's been allowed to get run down. The staff and security are super helpful and nice and the repair staff are quick to respond. Gym equipment is a joke; machines either don't work or function like they are super old, and they look it. The building could use an external overhaul too. It's a shame as this could really be an amazing complex.
