Life sukhumvit 48

First impression staff was amazing. Bell boy took my luggage case and made sure it had a tag on it while i waited for my room. Receptionist was a bit confused and gave me a little attitude. I requested online that i check in as soon as possible and when i showed up only half an hour early for check in she asked me weird questions like if i was checking in or if i know my check in time. Like hellooooo, yes i am obviously checking in and I just wanted to check in early was but she made me wait until 2:30 sharp so i went outside and walked around. Really odd behavior. The room was decent touristprice. I didn't really like the location of this place because there was really no night life anywhere near this place so expect to always get a bolt. I really hope the bell boy gets a raise because I have never met any staff in my life that was so respectful and humble to me. I gave the receptionist a bottle of Hong Kong and told her to give it to him so I hope he got it.

Avoid Dirty dilapidated pool, awful useless gym, lobby that stinks like cigarettes, miserable security and poor management. I had diarrhoea for two days after swimming in the pool.

Like other properties under developer AP Thai's Life brand, Life@Sukhumvit 48 is positioned for the upper-mid market. It shares a large lot with the mid-market - and much larger - Aspire project alongside the Phra Khanong canal that feeds into the nearby Chao Phraya River. Rooms range from studios to 2BR in two buildings with a multi-level parking structure. Missing some of the perks of earlier Life projects but still a comfortable place to live.

This condo is an ideal choice for those who desire great facilities and a breathtaking view. The stunning rooftop, fantastic gym & swimming pool, and convenient common area make it a comfortable living experience. Plus, the sky train station is just a short walk away, making the location fantastic. I highly recommend this condo to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient home.
