Life @ Sukhumvit

Location is great BUT. It’s very noisy all the time. Pull is always full, gym is always full. It seems like there is no place to be in peace. It’s been 14 days since they started construction and repairs on my floor and it’s really getting annoying. Every SINGLE day I wake up because of the drilling sound and it doesn’t stop during the day. My migraines doesn’t stop and I keep waiting for them to stop and they don’t. I can’t rest even at apartment. It starts at 9 am and doesn’t stop till 5 pm. I can’t rest at the pool because of screaming kids etc… the only thing I want is silence. If anyone reading this…. CAN you stop drilling for ONE day at least PLEASE. 19th floor.

Just moved to this condo three weeks ago. It's elegant and staff is kind. There's a gym, swimming pool, sauna and a playground for kids. Corridors and facilities are properly maintained and cleaned. Lobby is quite niche and a good spot to relax or wait for your taxi.

Well maintained high rise building. Rooftop gym, swimming pool and sauna that are in good condition. Building is very close to the bts and apartments are spacious with balconies. Since the construction is old, things keep breaking down in the apartment and the walls are too thin so you can hear the neighbors through the walls.

Check your apartment carefully before you move in! I’ve seen 4 units and all of them had cockroaches
