The building is elegant, clean. The staffs are friendly. Juristic persons are not 100% perfect, need to be improved. The building design is not the best. There are some blind spots in the lobby and in the parking lot. Accidents had happened. Juristic persons were notified and the problems are still not fixed. There are bugs and mosquitoes that come up into the room.

The elevators are incredibly slow, the biometric system works only when it feels like it, and the legal department staff are astonishingly useless... On top of that, there are always meetings that, of course, are never translated and therefore useless for the tenants. And these meetings are always held to announce cost savings, which inevitably mean reductions in services. The building has incredible potential, but the way it is managed is disastrous...

Luxury condominium located in a prime area. The condo is 450 meters from Central Embassy (walking distance on a not-so-hot day). It’s a little far from the BTS by foot, but a little more forgiving if you drive. It’s quite close to the expressway on the right side, and you can access Chidlom on the left (a difficult turn, but doable). The interior is where this place shines. The garden, lobby are both beautifully decorated. Floor 42 and 43 are coworking/common/gym/pool areas which is very relaxing. Gold-cut stainless is omnipresent - possibly to a point of overkill. It still looks nice. Room layout is like other Life condos. The 35 sqm room is actually a 1 bed plus, the exact same layout as Life Asoke. 2BR has a separate kitchen to avoid cooking smell, bedrooms are spacious. For investors, this place gives decent returns (decent rate for new condos in this segment).
