Where do I even begin the staff is absolutely terrible was told to contact the property in advance which I have done and the room was absolutely filthy rusty knives broken furniture and worst of all the lock on my door was broken. After rasing the several issues with the manger of the hotel I was told changes would be made Wich they have not done. I went down to the reception area 3 times until I had enough and was basically told dismissively that if I did not like the hotel I could leave, then the hotel manger did absolutely everything in her power not to give me my money back for the days I did not stay in the hotel (PULLING A SCAM ON ME) first could not find the email from the agency that I have booked the property at then purposely wrote the wrong email 3 times stating that I was entitled to one day of refund and I was entitled to 9. I had to take picture of everything she had wrote as she was trying to do everything in order to not give me money back DO NOT BOOK A ROOM 1. ITS HORRIBLE DIRTY AND UNSAFE 2. THE TV IS OLDER THEN ME 3. THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE TO RESIDENTS 4. THE ROOMS DO NOT LOOK LIKE ANYTHING IN THE PHOTO ( I have also showed the property manger that the room I booked looks like nothing what I got she said " I should not expect any hotel to look like in the picture" 5.THE BED IS SO UNCOMFORTABLE IT WILL BREAK YOUR BACK 6. YOU CAN GET CHEEPER ROOMS THST SRE MUCH BETTER 7. I WAS BLAMED FOR THE BROKEN DOOR WHICH I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH 8.BIGEST SCAM EVERY DO NOT STAY SAVE YOUR MONEY PLEANTY OF HOTELS IN BANGKOK DO NOT STAY IN THIS ONE IM WARNING YOU, YOU WILL BE UNHAPPY

Great hotel with great staff (Mena amazing woman who was helpful and chatty) hotel in great location with lots of restaurants shops nearby. Rooms great and generally clean, with a kitchen microwave and fridge. Outside balcony has a washing machine as said. Bathroom included a bath jacuzzi and a separate shower. Basics supplied. Bed large and comfortable with aircon and tv facing bed. Living room has large tv too

High end condominium. Heard one of the princess stays here so security can be tight and cumbersome. Nice lobby and pool.
