Located right on Sukhumvit road, steps from Bang Chak BTS station extended walkway. One and a half blocks from the escalator. One stop down from OnNut BTS, where they have a Lotus, movie theater, all types of shopping, this is where you go to shop. Good thing about Bang Chak, you seldom have to skip a train due to overcrowding. It gets full from OnNut on. Studios start at 13000 baht, good price. There is a 7-11, a Tao Bin vending machine, and a Starbucks on the property. Has two good-sized pools, small but complete gym, sauna, and a common work space room that does not have enough seating or outlets to be functional. Also has laundry dryers downstairs, water delivery available (Sprinkle), and package pick up. Parking seemed plentiful, basketball court and running track. The condo agent in the lobby, named Golf, was always very friendly and helpful. Even if it was not a part of his duties, he would do what he could for you. Cleaning staff and security were good, too. The other lobby ladies were too absorbed in their phones to even look up at you. They were useless. Juristic office staff were not good, and they never put forth an effort to make things smoother for tenants. The biometrics access was terrible. I was down there twice a week, redoing my finger scans, as the system kept forgetting me, leaving me locked out of the building (where the lobby ladies would ignore me pounding on the door), and stuck in the elevators until someone else would call for it. There is a pass card to use in place of the biometrics scan, but I was not told of it until they got tired of seeing me entirely too often due to the faulty biometrics system. They should offer that when you first arrive, it would have saved me so much aggravation. My room was a one bedroom, plenty big for one person. Water pressure was okay for the 14th floor. As the rooms are all different, I won't go into detail. Overall, except for some staff and the terrible biometrics system, I recommend this condo building. It has most of the features you would look for. A good location in a quiet area just a few BTS stops from the action of Asok and Nana.

Lived at this condo for 6 years now. It's ideal for me , just a few minutes walk to the BTS station. I'm at the back of the building so it's quite. Juristic office and staff are really nice and friendly. I use the gym a lot and swim regularly,it has 2 pools. My apartment isn't massive it's fine for a single guy like me. Plus my landlady is fantastic. Plenty of restaurants, bars , nearby , plus more Thai people living locally than On Nut . There is a 7/11 outside plus Starbucks ( I don't use Starbucks because of their support for the IDF). Bangchak is fine for me and also easy to get a taxi to the airport.

The building itself and the grounds are well maintained and overall clean. For a building it has 2 nice pools, a big one and a smaller one. But unfortunately the sunbeds are only few and worn down in need to be replaced. The 1-bedroom size is ok for a single person, but will be cramped if your a couple. Overall you get what you pay for, but the big plus is location and that is great. Few steps away from BTS, 7-11 and Starbucks on the doorsteps, and close to everything that you need for a good and easy living.

Great condominium complex, convenient located at walking distance from BTS Bang Cha. Fitness centre has state of the art equipment, swimming pool is huge and suitable for real swimming, relaxing chairs enough. Sport accommodation for badminton, volleyball, there is even a jogging trail. The staff is very friendly, everything is very well maintained. Condo's themselves have all facilities, aircon is of good quality
