Our stays at Hyde 11 have always been an amazing experience. It’s within walking distance of an array of restaurants, vibrant street food stalls, and entertainment options. The culinary scene here never disappoints, with a variety of delicious choices to savor. While we couldn't explore the amenities this time due to the 30-day minimum stay requirement, the rooms themselves are fantastic—clean, well-appointed, and secure. Hyde 11 is truly an urban oasis, providing a safe and comfortable retreat amidst the bustling city.

A deeply disappointing stay at Hyde 11. The check-in experience immediately set a negative tone - instead of a proper reception, we were directed to what looked like a converted storeroom near the cargo loading bay. The staff member (distinctive with pink hair and pink shoes) was notably rude, barking instructions without any welcoming gesture or basic courtesy, seeming more interested in when we'd be checking out than ensuring a pleasant arrival. The apartment, while spacious, suffered from multiple maintenance and cleanliness issues that suggest neglected upkeep. The floors weren't properly cleaned, with visible dust accumulating in corners and strands of hair scattered throughout. The bathroom situation was particularly problematic - a persistent strong sewage odor, frustratingly dim lighting that made it nearly impossible to see clearly for grooming, and an unreliable hot water supply that made showers an unpredictable experience. The provided amenities were shockingly poor - we found previously opened and used toiletries (including toothpaste and body wash), worn-out towels, and pillows so uncomfortable they caused neck pain the following morning. The list of issues continued: a noisy air conditioner that made clicking sounds throughout the night, faulty blinds that wouldn't close properly, and while there was a washing machine, no dryer was provided. The harsh, unwelcoming tone continued with a rude notice on the door emphasizing this was 'not a hotel.' When we requested basic housekeeping services, we were told these would incur additional charges - even for fresh towels and sheets. After paying these extra fees, they removed both bath and floor towels but never replaced the floor towels, adding to our frustration. The location on Soi 11, while convenient to restaurants and bars, comes with significant drawbacks. The area takes on a seedy atmosphere at night, with visible prostitution on the sidewalks. The constant nightlife noise, particularly the booming bass from nearby clubs, penetrates the room and can disturb sleep. This property appears to be heavily focused on short-term rentals, which seems to have negatively impacted both maintenance standards and the experience of permanent residents. While the room size is generous, the poor maintenance, inadequate service, and numerous issues make it impossible to recommend. The overall experience suggests a property more interested in quick profits than guest satisfaction

I recently stayed at Hyde, and while the property itself is quite nice—clean, modern, and comfortable—the overall experience was unfortunately marred by a serious issue that guests should be aware of. During our stay, we were offered a city tour by drivers affiliated with or operating near the property. These drivers, dressed in blue and driving SUVs, presented the tour as a convenient and trustworthy way to explore the city. However, the experience turned out to be misleading and disappointing. Instead of showing us genuine local attractions, the drivers took us to overpriced shops, poor-quality tourist traps, and places that felt more like scams than sightseeing. It was clearly designed to benefit the drivers and these businesses, not the guests. It's very unfortunate because Hyde is a great place to stay, but allowing or turning a blind eye to this kind of exploitation reflects poorly on the overall guest experience. I strongly recommend the management take steps to distance themselves from these individuals and protect future guests from similar experiences. Until then, guests should be cautious and arrange tours through reputable services only.

I was with my family staying in this Air B and B place for 5 nights. Book through Agoda for this accommodation and it was an awesome experience. My family totally love the location and the proximity to restaurants, convenient store and even BTS train station were conveniently accessible. Highly recommended to families that has older children.
