Condo One X Sukhumvit 26

Quiet condo in busy area. It's tucked away, out of sight but has many restaurants in the street, and street-food. Good access to tollway, And excellent security. They call taxi's from the street so we catch them from our front door. Has a well maintained swimming pool and gym.

Caution!!! Don’t stay in room 222. I stayed in room 222 for 3 years, but the owner was never helpful. Air conditioners are old and had to ask her to help but she didn’t reply me for 3-4 days and made the repair appointment the week after during the hottest season in April. And similar cases happened to me several times with other old equipments, washing machine and refrigerator. In the end, I had to follow the refund of the deposit for 3 months, and finally she deducted the unreasonable fees of room repair. Avoid this room. Condo itself is very nice, just get the other room!

Slightly older condominium but with all facilities a d superb location near k-village on one site and Sukhumvit on the other side. The neighbourhood is also getting better every months with new shops and expensive living places.

Nice place and close to convenience store(7/11) there r suana and fitness. And you can walk a bit on the way to go entry s.26 for getting massage.

I stay here for very long time when I come Bkk. I love this place and I love all environment around here. The located is very very close to Emporium, Emquatier and K-village. All good
