I have moved in to 28 Chidlom condominium, a brand new unit, on a one year contract. The location is very close to my work. However I am totally shocked by what I have seen so far: - worst building management you will ever see! Totally unprofessional and untrained ! - low quality unity and furniture - although my unit as a brand new, as soon as I moved in 6 maintenance visits within one week!!! - the entrance of the condominium was designed for car and pedestrian! So you might get hit by a car while you entering or leaving the condo! - unrealistic utilities bills! - noisy all the time even at midnight or early morning! The only positive thing is the location. If you don’t need this area for critical business, don’t waste your money and impact your life’s quality living in such a low quality condo. You will have for sure a life for of hassle in here. Not to mention that some units started to rent monthly to Airbnb!! Update: avoid any condominium in Thailand managed by Savills!!!!!

Easy to access many iconic places such as Siam Paragon, Central World, Lumpini Park, Central Chidlom on foot. Stunning exterior and interior design.
